Here's how I transformed my body, and went from having a flabby gut to having a ripped body and six pack abs. In this video I share the story of my transformation, and the stories of some other guys that transformed their bodies. And I tell you about the technique we all used to do it -- Afterburn Training.
Afterburn Training is a very specific combination of weight training and high intensity cardio. It's been proven to build large amounts of muscle, while also getting you lean and shredded with defined abs. It's one of my best techniques for getting abs, and I want to show you it for free. I made a free video telling you about the Afterburn technique, and sharing more about my full system for getting six pack abs.
