Hey everyone! AT&T invited me to their headquarters in Dallas, TX to talk about nutrition and training to help everyone nation wide who is employed by AT&T live a healthier lifestyle. We had over 1,000 participants (both in the room and watching the broadcast) and by the end I could tell everyone learned something new and felt more at ease about starting their fitness journeys! However, this presentation is much more than just tips and tricks on how to be healthy. It's main focus is how to not only eat and exercise, but how to adapt to a fitness lifestyle in such a way where fitness becomes a permanent part of your life that you enjoy, not dread.
