Workout Routine: - 20 minutes on treadmill @ 15 incline and 3.7 mph - 10 minutes on elliptical @ level 10 (for all machines - 15 reps and 3 sets) - leg press @ 85lbs - leg curl @ 70lbs - arm machines where you push, pull, and tricep push @ 30lbs - workout for "ab day" or "leg day" for 30 minutes
