A vigorous aerobics video that is geared for anyone in a sitting postion. Whether you are disabled or just a couch potato, you will find this exercise video a great way to keep physically fit. This video was made sometime in the 1980's and has both a physical therapist and an aerobics instructor working with three other disabled individuals. I find this aerobics video one of the best available for anyone who is in a sitting position and needing physical exercise.
