I really love the flavor of this product, but was disappointed in the amount of saturated fat per serving. If you are trying to lose weight, 5 grams of saturated fat is quite high. If you are on a 1,000 diet for instance and should be consuming no more than 10 grams of saturated fat per day, this one package already has you half way there. So I intend to order more, but not until I have reached my weight-loss goal.

When I want a bag of Peanut M & Ms these are my go to snack..I can eat a few or a few more, and not feel the least bit like I'm cheating on my eating for health plan. Sometimes I just need that fix and these do the trick well.. Because there are so many in the bag, I can spread it out and still feel like l'm having my 'goodie' for the moment.I give it the 5 star because it something that is melt in your mouth or crunch it to the end.

I purchased this product and started eating them. I consumed the first package and started passing gas in a few hours; I couldn't figure out what the problem was so the next day I ate another package and again had gas. So the next day, I only ate six of the product and had no gas. Guess, my system won't tolerate any more than that at one time. they are good for a chocolate fix.
