On Instagram, I got some requests to do this video so here it is! I know it can be confusing when you begin, so I broke down everything to make things a little bit easier for you. After years of saying I wanted to start doing yoga, I finally did! I bought a yoga mat, did some research and watched some yoga videos and now I can officially say I'm a beginner yogi! Yay! Turn up! lol I started about 3 months ago so I'm pretty fresh in the game but I've learned some things so far that are worth sharing with others who are interested.
I've really seen more definition in my abs and it's toning my entire body. Not to mention, the mental peace and clarity it gives me. I love yoga because it teaches you to go beyond your limits. The power is all in your mind (and breath). It's way stronger than the body. You don't have to be naturally flexible to do yoga. You just need an open mind and heart.
