I use the 20oz shaker bottle and 2 packets of the Wonder slim shake mix. I love this chocolate with a packet of choco mint or mocha. I keep them in the shaker ready to go. My job is busy and I am on the road all the time. These great tasting shakes keep me away from the quick, easy, fast food places. 200 calories and I stay full for hours. I have tried lots of brands including Medifast and Nutrisystem. WonderSlim has them beat for flavor, mix-ability and sustaining fullness.... I will use these shakes forever, they taste wonderful and are quick and easy. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

Good Shake

This shake is good, but not great. It's thin and liquidy, more like chocolate milk than a chocolate shake - even when I make it in the blender with creamy cashew milk. I prefer the aspartame free chocolate cream pudding shake however this isn't the worst shake I've ever had. It's lower in carbs which is good.

Won't be ordering this one again

I ordered two boxes of this after reading some of the reviews. I didn't care for this one. It isn't nearly as thick and satisfying as the meal replacement pudding/shakes turn out. Flavor is okay, but also not as good as the others.

Wow. I was on medifast before and I can't believe how much better wonderslim tastes. Everything I've tried so far is superb but this shake knocks it out of the park. I blended it with ice and it tasted like a Wendy's Frosty! Nice work Wonderslim!

Special treat to myself

I love this! I am having a hard time picking between this and the chocolate cream. For those of you who said it's chalky or watery, I suggest tossing it into a blender with a little bit of ice. I have done this from the first time I tried it and it's on par with a fast food milkshake! I love it ....feels like I am cheating on my diet!

I already used IP products, their chocolate shake tasted like chocolate cake batter, so if I compare this one to the other, it is not as good, but it's ok... Next time, I will try with a little less water, so it might taste less watery! But overall, it's drinkable...

This shake is so good my husband steals it away from me! Tasty, energizing and filling. I also use this as a frozen slurpee with lots of crushed ice, which I eat with a spoon.
