30-day Update - P90X is for women too
this is my first month's update on my P90X training. Last week I was very dissapointed but I feel better today after seeing some results. I am ready for phase 2. Thank you my friends for your support

I was only able to do 3 workouts this week, I was very busy, my mom was visiting, it was my b-day and then I went for a weekend trip. However, I am still trying and still bringing it! I will catch up with my other workouts.
