I spend 1-2 minutes at each meal visualizaing my lifes goals. I eat 5-6 meals per day. Therefore I visualize (mental review) my goals. This is an example of how when from 221 lbs to 161lbs by visualizing and taking action. If I can do it anybody can. Now it's your turn to be the change.
