RAW FOOD WEIGHT LOSS: Is 1500cals a day starvation or healthy?
1500cals is enough for a 6 year old human perhaps. A grown adult on 1500calories a day with the goal of weight loss transformation is going to be binging HARDCORE on junk foods VERY soon. For maximum weight loss we MUST focus on HEALTH & FITNESS otherwise we get caught up in the latest weight loss gimmicks and starvation programmes out there.
I remember Doug Graham drilling into me that in order to be a high energy person then I need to smash in sufficient carbs each day and get early nights. It took me a few years to really believe it as I had a bit of a calorie restriction mindset now and then as I was reading books from David Wolfe and Paul Nison and they were talking about breatharianism is a reality and that breatharians actually exist like jasmusheen etc. I later found out its all just scams and huck$ters selling gullible people fad diet weight loss scams and even few confused raw food authors getting caught up in the breatharian nonsense.
When I started eating unlimited carbs and going to bed early (its easy to get to sleep when you have enough carbs in the tank) then I really 'got it' regarding that to be a high energy person that melts fat easily then you need to keep the glycogen topped up each day so you can live that high energy lifestyle that keeps you lean, trim and healthy and most importantly SANE for life.
High carb low fat fruit based lifestyles work wonders for long term weight loss transformations. Ive NEVER seen a fat fruit or rice muncher EVER. People sneak in fat and wonder why they get fat.
Im talking FAT FAT not skinny fat cos someone doesnt move their body and they wonder why they dont have a tight stomach.��weight loss transformation will happen when you do the right things. High carb, low fat, early nights, consistent hydration etc.
Participate in your fav activities to build the toned body that you want. Its easy to lose weight but to build a toned body you MUST MOVE IT! :)��
