I have suffered with sever acne for about 9 years. Since the time I was about 17, I have been caking on foundation trying to hide my blemished skin. I just wanted to feel comfortable enough to go makeup free, even only to run a small errand or excersize, but my acne was just too embarrassing to me! Over the last few months I have really changed up my skincare routine as well as my diet and the results have made me so happy! I wanted to share my Journey to clear skin with anyone who is looking for help! This picture shows my skin when it was starting to clear...it was much worse than this... painful, puffy, red, scarred and ugly:( so taking a picture of it was the farthest thing from my mind at the time! Of course, I believe true beauty and confidence come from within, but I hope that this series can help you achieve Clear, Healthy and BEAUTIFUL Skin!
