After I filmed my weight loss experience video for you last year you lovelies kept requesting another How to lose weight and get a summer body video from me so HERE IT IS! I'm telling you how I lost 50 pounds, how to lose 50 pounds and how to lose weight in general. I'm also talking about what I eat in a day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and my skincare and workout/exercise routine! This is just how it worked for me and my personal opinion/experience so please don't get offended if you don't like it! Eat Healthy with vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, grains & water. This will be your way to Lose Weight Fast. Stay away from processed foods & sugary drinks. Drink plenty of water. Eat every 3 hours and 5-6 small meals throughout the day.
