This is my way of giving all the p90xer's some motivation in their progress and the new people that are trying to find a way to loose weight and get a brand new body. I hope this is a little inspiration to everyone and hope you like it. Many people can do this program men and women, so have fun with it. Regardless of the exercise program/routine, motivation is a major factor in sticking with that program. My ride on the P90X train has been good, bad, great, terrible, smooth, bumpy etc all at the same time. I could not have made it to this point without the proper level of motivation. Motivation comes in several different flavors. Some are motivated by pictures of themselves, some are motivated by their children (or the thought of having children), some are motivated by others. In my case, I am motivated by all of the above.
It is my motivation by others that this Video is dedicated to. There are many people who have motivated on my journey thus far. These people have never met me, I have never met them. In fact, they probably dont even know that I exist; which is okay. To keep my motivation high (and to keep an eye on others progress) I continually surf the net reading others P90X blogs and looking at YouTube videos. I would like to give a shout-out and thank you to the people who have watched my videos and subscribed and commented and rated. Cause without you keeping in touch i wouldn't had the motivation to do it without you guys thanks. please SUBSCRIBE!
