Designed to meet the nutritional needs of most bariatric patients, a suggested daily dose of four (4) of these pleasant tasting chewable wafers provides at least 100% DV for 20 vitamins and minerals. For 13 of the most vital vitamins and minerals, your daily dose delivers 200% DV or more. Not only do you get 1,500mg of calcium in every daily serving but that calcium is in the form of calcium citrate which is easier for your body to absorb than many other forms. Sooooo tart/sour. I have to quick chew them and swallow them down with a liquid. I have to take 2, twice a day (I don't think there is really any "complete" vitamin that meets ALL our requirements in one tablet...) and it's a struggle with this flavor. YUCK! If they weren't so dang sour it wouldn't be too bad. Dial back on the flavoring! Thankfully I only got one bottle of this flavor in my 3 pack. Hoping the berry isn't so bad but will wait till these are gone to find out.

I was hesitant to order since people said the taste was overwhelming. maybe it was a different flavor. i'm reviewing the orange cream. It does NOT have a strong taste. it is very mild and good. easy to take. just started on these to avoid taking calcium citrate separately. So I can't comment on the down the road result but right now the taste and price are great. what more could I want Can't always go by the reviews. Can't please everyone

I take one in the morning and one at night my favorite flavors are tangring and orange cream. I have been with bariatric choice since 2009. I like to know what I am getting is top shelf grade. Thanks for my package. cheers

For an all-in-one vitamin, this one is great. It comes in a large wafer (like a huge Tums). It tastes MUCH better when sucked than chewed. They taste very bitter when chewed...no bitterness is detected when left to dissolve. It takes about 5-10 minutes to dissolve each one. I save them til the afternoon, when my sweet tooth has a craving.

I was disappointed in the taste. I was hoping I would be able to get the gummies like I sampled with my doctor's office. They are a wonderful treat. These tablets are not a treat at all. I blend them into my green smoothies in order to get them down.

This vitamin is a wafer which means it is larger than a quarter and about 4-5 quarters high. I bought the orange and tropical flavors. The taste is super strong, meaning that is taste like you are eating tang powder and will make you pucker. I've attempted to suck on it, and it dissolved fairly quick, but still very strong taste. I have chewed it and that's when the flavor is overpowering and really makes you want to pucker. The best way to take this is to take a mouthful of water and chew it and swallow it. You still get a bit of aftershock with that tang flavor, but it is manageable that way. The flavor isn't bad, just a lot of flavor packed into a tiny bite. I love things with lots of flavor, but it is too much for me. I am fighting to take this regularly because I know what's about to come when I eat this and have thought about sending them back due to the strong flavors. I would not buy again.

I really like these all in one from bariatric choice. This orange cream flavor is good but a bit on the strong side. For me it disolves, in my mouth in about 5 minutes so not that bad. For the price, I highly recommend Bariatric Choice vitamins. Easy to use, I take with every meal & 1 right before bed. My labs are perfect. My dr. Did say I can take more biotin since the amount is only minimum so I now do take a gummies for that. Otherwise I take 4 for life. Please continue to make & put on sale. I been purchasing my vitamins every 4 months & every dollar I save is a bonus for me. I recommend to my support group & the customer service representative Brandi...was so nice. They all very good so you can order online or phone it in. My product is always fresh & has long shelf life. I highly recommend Bariatric Choice.

I tried the orange cream in my 4th month post sleeve surgery so it wasn't very bad. I did 1st three months with only one flavor, which was like a pineapple taste, which is so far my favorite. I did right after surgery dissolve these in water, then drank the water. It helped me since I didn't enjoy the size of the vitamin. Now, it's fine. Really helped. The orange cream is extremely sweet but I am lucky, no after taste & no side effects for me. Really not bad. My incentive is my labs are perfect. I am over 55 years old so I was expecting that. My doctors are very pleased. My hair did get thinner but I expected that. I am 9 months Post, & highly recommend these for the price & ease of use. I order 4 months at a time so I save on shipping & try to use a coupon, it helps. This company customer service is so good. A Bonus.

I first tried the Berry flavor in the 2 a day tablet that had everything but calcium included. It was a tad bit tart in taste but doable for only 1 chewable twice daily.
