I used the envelopes for two months on the subscription plan and have lost 15 pounds already. However, I travel a lot between two offices and like the portability and convenience of the on the go bottles. yes, you have to add water, but I don't need a shaker cup or refrigeration. I keep a couple in my car in case I forget and have used them when I traveled across the state and was able to stay on the diet. Mixes and tastes great.

Didn't know it was powder but still having to add water doesn't make any difference then opening the pouches! I like the pouches better for cost!

was very disappointed to find out they just contained the POWDER and not the liquid form. Why bother with these if we still have to tote around a bottle of water with us??
