These are just ok, to me they don't have a lot of flavor. But they are nice to have for some variety.

If you want a broken tooth

I'll start by saying I love many of the Kay's products. However, this one was hard as a rock to bite on and actually I cracked a tooth. It was dry and like eating cardboard with very little cinnamon flavor, but I am too lazy to send it back. I recommend all the Puffs in the Kay's line, but this cinnamon almond cookie bite is a poor product. Hard for me to understand any positive reviews on this particular product. Kay's has many others that prove this one is not up to their usual standards.

I use this as a breakfast cereal. Not too sweet and enjoy the cinnamon and almond flavor. Love knowing I'm getting some extra protein and not just carb loaded cereal.

Good substitute for cookies

These really work for me when I am craving cookies. No they are not cookies but there is no guilt. I usually eat a bag with some low carb milk. Hits the spot!

I like to eat these after dinner if I need a snack. The taste is good and the texture is what I like, crunchy and then savor in your mouth. 1 bag is enough to curb my appetite.

These are wonderful! They almost remind me more of cereal- I bet it would be fantastic with a splash of almond milk. Sweet, crunchy, and all around very satisfying!
