I first ordered the peanut butter which is ok, but the second time I ordered I added the cappuccino in order to receive free shipping. Wow! It is so delicious. If you like coffee but miss being able to have it because you have cut out caffeine after bariatric surgery, this is a yummy alternative. I make mine in water and add a little of the silken tofu which makes it wonderfully creamy without milk (I am lactose intolerant). I have also done half and half with the cappuccino and chocolate to make my own mocha! Very good. I highly recommend these products as they are sugar free AND lactose free AND yummy. Not a bad gig for those of us who wish to live a sugar free lifetsyle! I only wish there were more servings per bag.

Really good flavor and satisfying. I add a tablespoon of flax seed or chia seed before blending to thicken the shake.

Love this product. Not only does it supply 24 grams of much needed protein for me but it's also quite good - much better than other brands that taste chalky. If you really want to make it flavorful, add some Coffeemate liquid creamer. I have not tried the vanilla but the chocolate is good.

I mixed this with the peanut butter shake mix, and it wasn't bad. It's no smooth and creamy milkshake, but it did help tame a sweet tooth. I would not be happy if I had attempted to use this as a meal replacement though - it's just not that satisfying.

I've only tried the Chocolate and Peanut Butter flavors, but I'm been very happy with both. I think I'll try a shake combining both flavors soon. Looking forward to a delicious chocolate peanut butter protein shake!

I am amazed at how wonderful the peanut butter tastes. I made it with soy milk and it was very thick and had a wonderful taste. My next shake was with Lactaid milk and it was equally delicious. My next venture will be with strawberry or raspberry sugar free syrup and water. Hope it tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I think it will.
