I love this as a source of protein. I like a stiffer gelatin so that I can cut snack size cubes out of it so I actually mix a packet of the raspberry gelatin with a packet of the raspberry lemonade drink mix. (Adding the same 1 cup boiling water.) Then it’s 30 grams of protein total.

Great snack and another way to get your protein. Much better than the store bought sugar free flavors. Might need to add a little extra water since it's a little too thick unless you do. Otherwise, it's a great snack.

I really enjoy the raspberry flavor. Great snack to cure the afternoon munchies! I add about 1/4 cup of extra water when mixing otherwise the texture is too thick & rubbery. One of my favorite products from Diet Direct.

I really like the taste of the raspberry and strawberry-banana gelatins. However, I add 16 ounces of water (instead of the 8 ounces as directed). When using 8 ounces, I found the gelatin to be almost rubbery texture. The 16 ounces of water makes it turn out perfect!
