The cereal has a decent taste! Nearly 50% of Total Calories is carbohydrates AND 10$ of all calories are sugar. While tasty, I don't find this cereal meets my current dietary goals of keeping carbohydrates in the range of 5% of all calories in my daily diet!

They were not gross or nasty...but I would not go and buy them again. The apple cinnamon flavor was not strong but not lacking either. It was the over all texture with flavor, it was almost like they were stale. Might of been better with a low calorie milk however I wanted them to snack on straight from the pack.
