For some reason, I expected to see a little cake - like the one on the box. I didn't realize I had to mix with water and microwave. So, for me, the looks killed it. It is very chocolately, although the flavor is "off" slightly.

This is a good, quick to make product. I followed the directions exactly and microwaved for only 30 seconds since I like mine a little on the gooey side.
