tasted bland, prefer alternative brand. Perhaps adding salt would have made the difference.

I have to start this review by saying: YOU NEED TO ADD YOUR OWN SALT. This chicken noodle soup would probably be 2/5 star if I didn't add extra salt.
That said, after you add salt the broth tastes good and it's really similar to regular Chicken Noodle soup. The noodles are thin, fairly bland, and there aren't very many, so you aren't left feeling as satisfied as if you eat a whole bowl of actual chicken noodle soup, Overall though, the broth is fairly spot-on (after adding salt) and it's unrestricted on Ideal Protein, so it's usually my go-to soup.
