I mix 1 vial with 1 vial of water-it tastes great! I especially like the high protein, no carbs and no sugar for my weight loss plan. It fits perfectly! I have only been using these for 3 weeks and already have lost 12 pounds.I have recommended this to family and friends and they really like it too.

Excellent quality. The taste is a bit off, but not bad. Better when blended with juice. However, it is an excellent source for hi quality, quantity of protein and it's not a lot to drink.

I started taking this product after Roller Derby practice, I was sore and stiff every morning (and not just from the hits lol) have noticed a HUGE improvement in the way my muscles feel each day after a hard workout! The taste isn't that bad either! Recommend the grape and the raspberry the best!
