C-Block is a carb and starch blocker supplement from Absolute Nutrition designed to help you rid yourself of unwanted carbohydrates and curb carb cravings. The active ingredient is the trademarked "Trimplex" (phaseolus vulgaris) which has been shown to effectively help prevent the body from absorbing some of the unwanted starches. Take 2 tablets of C Block 15 minutes before a meal and help block carbohydrates. CBlock is stimulant free.

I take this supplement and I see ketones even when I eat a small amount of carbs.

I could tell an immediate difference; my carb cravings significantly decreased as did my overall appetite :)
I would give it 5 stars, but I haven't taken it long enough to see the impact on my weight loss, but it only makes sense that it will help!
Just One of Many Factors in my weight maintenance

This product was part of a diet regimen that helped me lose close to 80 lbs. There were so many factors, I couldn't really point to just this one.
However, after regaining a small amount of weight, I went back to using this product, and I have been able to maintain a steady weight for months now.
