I liked the honey nut, but the cinnamon is my favorite. These are a little dry when eaten by hand, but I splash on a little milk and it's soooo good.

Both the Honey Nut and the Cinnamon (especially) are a real treat. Especially if I'm on the run. It's a great high protein snack that keeps me from being hungry for a couple of hours easily.

Very VERY crunchy, but tasty. Has a slight splenda aftertaste, but nothing major. Makes a nice quick high protein breakfast.

Love carbs but am unable to consume a lot due to diabetes. This cereal satisfies my need for carbs and has a very good flavor. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

My husband has tried both flavors & likes them very much. He is diabetic & it is great to be able to give him a low-sugar cereal each morning.
I tried the new Choco flavor and was very pleased. I have been adding unsweetened cocoa and artificial sweetener to my Cheerios for a couple of years so now glad there is FINALLY a chocolate cereal that is high in protein and low in sugar. (Updated on 3/6/2012.)

I love this stuff! Taste-wise, it is my favorite of the three cereals. But I eat more of the cinnamon one because of the lower carbs and calories.

These are pretty tasty and you get a lot for your allotment of carb grams. They do have a slight taste of soy, but I enjoy having a cereal in the morning that doesn't cause a sharp rise in my blood sugar. Really good with almond/coconut milk!

I eat this with plain, non-fat Greek yogurt for a high protein, low carb, quick breakfast. I enjoy it as a snack and take a bag to the movies.

I wish I had read the description better (totally my fault) but these only have 5 in a box, not 7. I do indeed like these as a grab and go dry breakfast, or with a little almond milk for cereal. Just don't let it sit too long in the milk or it will get soggy pretty quickly. As a dry breakfast, they are very crunchy and I actually found them easy to eat slowly since they are so crunchy at first. I liked the coco flavor better than the honey nut but will probably order the Wonder Slim cereal that comes 7 in a box.

I really like honey nut cheerios and these are not even close. First, you have to let them sit in the milk a while before they are softer and then they leave this after taste in your mouth. I'll finish the box, but certainly won't buy them again.

Perfect nutrition wise as there are only 7 Net carbs. They are crunchy and sweet. However cocoa flavor is not well defined. I’ll order them again for their nutritional value but not for the flavor

As I say in many of these reviews, there aren't many things I just can't eat or really hate. Well guess what, this is one of them. I had to throw them out. I couldn't finish it, nor could my husband or daughter. Sickeningly sweet, such that it makes you nauseous, and there is a bad after taste that lasts for a long time. I felt icky the rest of the morning. Now the chocolate ones aren't bad. Still sweet, but I didn't have to throw them out. I won't order again however. I hate wasting money and throwing stuff out, but the honey nut was inedible !!

I was looking forward to trying this because I love cereal. I got coconuts and it was beyond nasty. I couldn't eat more than a bite. They are way too artificially sweet, and this comes from somebody who has a very bad sweet tooth :-( disappointed!
