Soccer Nutrition - Pre Game Meal #1 - What To Eat Before A Soccer Game
Tip #1 - Your meals should be quick and easy to make. Don't overcomplicate things. Just put good food on your plate and get it in your stomach before it's too late. Around 2 - 2.5 hours before game time is usually what I aim for.
Tip #2 - Start cooking more of your own meals. Don't rely on your parents all the time. And don't eat out all the time, that will cost a lot of money. Plus, when you cook your own meals you actually know whats going into it.
Tip #3 - Each meal should contain some form of complex carbohydrates, healthy natural fats, and protein. Look at your plate. Does it have all three of these important nutrients?
