Brief review of some meals from the Rich Piana 5% Nutrition Meal Plan.
Sorry for the bad quality, and I don't like to speak on videos due to my weak voice.
Meal selections were from the Bodybuilding Lifestyle plan. The only two meals I didn't order were chicken alfredo with pasta (not a fan of alfredo sauce) and meat loaf with caulifower mash (don't like cauliflowers).
