In case you can't afford the sessions I want to make this simple recommendations. They can really help you:

For a dopamine deficiency you can use L-Tyrosine; often 500 mg per day do miracles. For a Acetyl Choline deficiency you can use choline and Acetyl L-Carnitine. In a few weeks following the recommended dosage you should see clear improvements in your memory. For a GABA deficiency I highly recommend you take L-Theanine as needed. Just 100mg of L-Theanine can really calm down the brain. L-Theanine is also helpful to sleep, especially taken with melatonin. To increase serotonin you may use 5htp. 200 mg are often enough. Many are getting their happiness back with this effective, inexpensive natural substance; just donâ??t take it together (at the same time) with a multivitamin multi-mineral or any B vitamin.
