Today's video is a casual 'what I eat in a day' as a vegan on days where I cook all of my meals at home, for a healthy and glowing body :) Healthy looks different on everyone, so this is just what I personally like to eat to allow my body to function at its best- and of course, this is only one day in my life and every meal is somewhat different, especially if I am travelling. Jasmine Lipska PO Box 8034 Oakleigh East, VIC 3166 Australia -------- Cookie recipe: (I made this one on the spot and eyeballed everything, so I'm estimating the quantities from memory) - 1/2 cup oat flour - 1/2 cup besan flour - 1 can chickpeas - 4 medjool dates soaked in water - 1/3 cup of the water - dash of cinnamon - 1 shredded carrot - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp nutmeg Bake in the oven which has been preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for around 20 minutes :) -------- â??
