Top 10 Foods To Grow Healthy Long Natural Hair
On my channel there are a few tips for growing natural hair faster and healthier. I use a simple regimen that includes washing and deep conditioning my hair in braids once a week as well as protective styling. I believe that minimum manipulation works best when it comes to growing natural hair. Allocate a time and day each week to manage your hair, once you get into the routine you will notice that things will get easier. When I first went natural I used to wash my hair without braiding and I noticed it took twice the time, now that I wash it in braids my routine is more manageable, less time spent detangling, less time overall. I shampoo and condition with any good quality products.
