A study done by UCL has shown the incredible effects of eating 7 or more portions of fruit and vegetables a day. So can eating fruit and veg really decrease your risk of death? Do fruit and veggies reduce your risk of cancer and heart disease? How much is a portion of fruit and veg? Can I still be healthy eating just 5 a day? What about canned fruit? I believe a low fat raw food vegan diet is optimal for humans however a low fat plant based diet is still a wonderful way to start improving your health, lose weight, cure diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, IBS &Crohns, migraines, etc!
