Decided to touch on the nutrition part for the holiday time! We will never have it perfect but keeping in mind these tips might help you to make better decisions! This video is not to promote STARVING yourself. This is geared towards people that find they go overboard during the holidays and end up feeling guilty or bad about their bodies.
