WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - AT CHRISTMAS | Healthy Holiday Recipe Ideas!
Hey you guys! Today I wanted to share with you what I eat around the festive season and Christmas (and what I eat on Christmas Day with my family). These are some pretty easy healthy recipes and ideas for the holidays!
I try to make the recipes for my Christmas meals on the healthier side (as you guys know, I am allergic to dairy - so I cannot even have a little bit during the holidays) and I also have an intolerance to wheat (and I feel terrible if I do eat it) - so for these reasons I like to make healthier desserts etc.
The healthy apple pie in the video is what I was most excited to show you guys today - as nothing feels more Christmassy than an apple pie to me! Also - what do you think of the cranberry breakfast?!
This is a little bit different, but I thought I'd show you for fun! And I LOVE making holiday videos!
