FULL DAY OF EATING // THE WORLD'S HEALTHIEST VEGAN SANDWICH ????



I love eating real food ð???

Open for Recipes:

Raw Lettuce Wraps:
- romaine heads
- apples
- ripe bananas
- celery
- carrots
- persimmon (or ny other soft sweet fruit!)
- hemp seeds (I used about 4 Tablespoons)
- walnuts (I used about half a cup!)
- lots of cinnamon
- Chop, dice, mix well, assemble & Apple to FACE!

Tomato/Tahini Pasta:
- whole grain spelt pasta
- large white onion
- punnet of cherry or plum tomatoes
- jar of tomato pasta sauce (try and find one that doesn't have too much added ingredients!)
- olive oil for frying (optional - I used 1 Tablespoon)
- turmeric & black pepper
- good runny tahini :)
- fry onions until soft, add the tomatoes & fry until slightly softened
- add the turmeric and black pepper
- add the tomato sauce of choice
- stir until heated through then add the cooked pasta and toss well
- stir through 2-3 tablespoons (or more) of tahini & mix well
- use lettuce boats to apply to face :)
