This is how we ate when we were at our yoga teacher training school. We wouldn't eat this way three times a day because it can be quite labour intensive, but we just wanted to give you an idea of the array amazing Indian dishes we ate! Having said that we did have leftovers for almost the entire week so maybe you could meal prep and eat away from Monday to Sunday!
