Yo! What's up guys! So I thought I'd show you guys what a full day of eating looks like for me. I try to eat healthy but if I crave chocolate then I'll eat chocolate. I don't diet. Ever. But this is just how I usually eat. Organic whenever possible. Preferably local and harvested. My husband hunts (it saves us a shit ton on our grocery bill) and it's by far the most organic, protein rich, lean, red meat you can find!
