1/2 banana 1 cup coconut water 2 packs unsweetened açaà packs - top with fruit, granola, honey, agave ANYTHING! -
Banana Split
1 banana cut down middle yogurt - coconut, greek, etc. granola and fruit topping
Sweet Strawberry Jam
2 cups strawberries 3 tbs chia seeds 2 tbs maple syrup or honey squirt of lemon - let sit in fridge 3-4 hours or best results overnight -
