Hi, a Year ago I decided to loose weight and be healthy and I started to stop playing so much video games and be more active and I was eating 3 healthy meals a day, and in a short time of 6 months I lost 85 pounds and when I lost all that weight I started going to the gym Monday through Friday and gained 11 pounds im sure most of it is fat because ive only been working out hard for 5 months but I like the way I look and the way I feel, Thanks for watching and please let me know what you think and share your experiences!!!
