This is Freeletics. I used Cardio and Strenght program to achieve this great weight loss. I highly recommend it to anyone that has the same goals as i had when i started: be fit and healthy.
It is hard both mentally and physically, but i never gave up. The program stimulates your progress on many levels: points, levels, camaraderie, competitiveness, fun... and there is an Android or IOS app to unify all of that into a pocket coach on your phone or tablet.
Make that decision and join the freeletics program. Its not going to be easy but its going to be so worth it in the end.
For me this is now a lifestyle and i hope i inspired people with this video. If i could do it then anyone can.
