P90X Results Day 1 - Day 90: From Jiggly Butt to Toned
Watch how P90X changed my body. Hands down this has been the best program I have tried. Anyone who does it with the intensity it requires will get results. It's hard...but it works and plus - you'll LOVE what it does for your body. I did the doubles, ate well and lifted 10 - 15 lbs for everyone that asked.
