In March '11 I was over 180 lbs and 25% body fat. After 90 days of intense working out, great nutrition and the right supplements, I completely transformed my body. By June 23, I was 153lbs, 11.6% body fat and with the p90x diet, had a sixpack for the first time in my life. A year later I'm now down to 7% body fat and will be on the P90X2 infomercial!
