65lb weight loss transformation video
just something i threw together. ive lost 65lbs of fat since 2008. it wasnt all at one time. i had to stop when i started football because at my position you cant be really light. (defensive tackle). but now that im done with football ive decided to start living a healthy lifestyle, while also looking good. im not completely done yet, but im almost there. the bulk of my goal is taken care of. now im just going for 6 pack abs now. i started bodybuilding in November 2009. ive lost 40lbs since then. i started because i want to achieve the best physique possible within my genetic potential, and to live a healthy lifestyle.
