I was hesitant to try the beef stroganoff, but I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it actually is. There are quite a few pieces of very tender beef and noodles and the gravy really is tasty (of course it's not going to be grandma's all day stew), but it really does the trick with portion control and filling you up for a lite lunch. I will be reordering this also.

I now use these meals as my evening carbohydrate fix. I'll allowed one carb restricted food in the evenings, and I'd rather have something like this than a carbohydrate bar. Very yummy as others have said here. I'd say these are vastly superior to similar meals you can buy at the store. I'd take these to those any day!! Way better! And the stuff at the local grocery isn't even a diet type meal!! Naw! I'll stick with Diet Direct thank you very much!! And BTW - I lose weight like crazy, as long as I stick to this plan and don't cheat too much.

This was my first BariWise SS meal, and didn't expect much from it. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The gravy was rich (aka fatty) tasting and had tons of beef chunks! I actually wasn't sure if I was going to be able to finish it. So filling and will re-order!
