I like the vanilla protein shakes cause I can add fresh fruit and water; put it in the blender and voilà!! Very good!! Just wish it came in bigger amounts for purchase.

Love this for breakfast mixed with two shots of espresso and a cup of steeped chai tea. It is a lot of caffeine, so supplement with plenty of water afterwards. It really makes you feel like you are getting a true chai bomb!

I make mine with either water or low-fat milk, Making it with milk keeps me from getting hungry longer than with water, but both taste great! I am steady loosing!!

These protein shakes are delicious. I love everything from protidiet. I drink one everyday on my way home from work. I prefer chocolate, but sometimes I add a half a tbsp of sugar free/fat free instant jello flavoring to the vanilla and make a pudding shake (banana cream and pistachio are my faves.)

I love this shake! I get my protein and the taste is wonderful. I mixes so easily in water and I have even mixed it with Fuze/Slenderize drinks and it tastes good. This is an excellent product for me because I am diabetic and I try to watch my carbs. This shake is a "winner"....You gotta try it!!
