Y’alllllll - let me tell you! I have been doing an all liquid (fruit smoothies with protein powder only) diet for pre-op for the gastric sleeve surgery I’m about to have. This is literally what’s holding me to earth right now lol. Get it. Love it.

I use 6 oz of boiling water, stir well, and let it stand for about 3 minutes. It’s creamy, thick, great mouth texture, very good flavor! This is an Autumn/Winter staple for me.

Out of all the soups I've tried here so far (and I've tried a lot), this is the best...hands down! Excellent, smooth flavor that tastes just like chicken. No nasty after-taste. VERY GOOD!!!

I just had surgery, and I'm on liquids for a few weeks. I finally found something that is tasty, and has protein. I mix it with hot water, and stir several times until it's well mixed. I love it and it tastes GREAT!! Sure, you might have to stir it a time or two while you drink it, but I can live with that since it tastes so great!!
