This soup's smell and taste is not good at all. My sister warned me but she's more picking then I am so I tried it; she was right it wasn't good.

Great amount of protein! The taste is fine but I sometimes add it to a Lipton cup of soup and take out some of the noodles! I will buy again!

These soups have become the perfect mid afternoon snack for me. I generally have about a 7 hour stretch between lunch and dinner so I am always looking for a healthy snack mid way. These are perfect. A cup of this soup with a bag of Dill kringles makes a perfect lunch!

Great Lunch alternative

This is a very good quick lunch alternative. This and a big green salad with lo-cal or no calorie dressing has been a big part of my weight loss success. It is great to have something that is hot and not sweet.
