I have been post WLS for almost 8 years. This is my go to iced protein drink flavor, along with the Bariwise Cappuccino hot drink. I have a trick that makes this sooooo yummy! I mix in 1/4 cup half and half after making my drink (I make 2 packets, with 16 oz. water, and lots of ice) ...CREAMCICLE!!! So good!

This drink mixes well and is just the right mix of orange and pineapple. I have found that most fruit drinks are not very tasty, but this is one of my favorites. I drink some every day.

Got this as a sample and LOVED IT! Makes me feel like I am having a tropical drink by the pool when I pour it over crushed ice and put a shot of coolwhip on top!
