I wasn't sure if I would like a "diet" hot chocolate. But, it was fine. I shared it with others and they added whipped cream and cinnamon. They seemed to really enjoy it.

This is not overly sweet, and I agree with Shelley it is more like hot cocoa. I have no problem blending in boiling water from the microwave. Like the cappuccino, I usually dilute it into 10-12 oz.

Some may prefer the dark chocolate taste of this product, I prefer the milk chocolate taste of the other products available. The powder was slightly more difficult to dissolve in hot water so I had to keep stirring as I drank. Still satisfied my hot chocolate cravings.

I think that the best way to get the powder into the very hot water is to mix it with a fork. It does seem to make it better. I also am careful not to get the water too hot or it will cause the protein in 'clump' together. Below boiling is best. Then I do add a small amount of milk to cool the temp and am able to drink then and not wait to let it cool on it's own. The taste is more like cocoa and not milk chocolate, which is more to my taste.
