The total fat multiplied by 9 and then x3 equals more than the total calories, which means it does not fit. And they are selling it under that category. Nashua needs to be held responsible for this because of people’s efforts to lose weight.

LOVE these shakes! Terrific chocolate flavor and a creamy texture--I couldn't ask for anything more! I pour one of these into a glass with ice and two shots of espresso and I feel like I got a huge treat.

These chocolate shakes taste just like the old IP shakes that came in the same kind of carton. They can definitely be substituted for IP ready to drink shakes. They're creamy and tasty and fit the bill for high protein shakes. I drink them straight or with a shot of espresso. Save yourself some $$ & sub these for your ready to drink IP chocolate shakes.

This was ordered during the huge winter storm. It arrived frozen solid and when it thawed the texture was grainy and it didn't improve so I never got to drink a single carton. Someday I'll have to order again and see how it tastes, until than I'll order the powder mix.

This is a staple for my breakfast every day. Put in a shot of espresso and serve over ice. Very filling. Not too sweet, very smooth, and tasty! Easy to take to work, on the go, traveling, fast and easy breakfast when you are in a hurry for a nutritious meal.
