I love Kay's cereal, but these were on sale so I gave it a shot and bought a box. It left a bitter after taste and had a hard consistency. I do not recommend.

I'm a cinnamon lover and this has a nice crunch too. I like a bowl of cereal in the evenings, and this helps keep the calories down and protein up.

I know this is meant to be a breakfast item, but it's great as a portable snack. It's yummy and addictive, and the single-pack helps to avoid over-indulging.

First time I bought this brand, have tried most of the other brands but there was always an after taste, thrilled to find this brand has no after taste, cereal is delicious as both a snack and a breakfast item!
