ProtiDiet helps you start your morning off with a stack of delicious Pancakes. Each serving provides will give you 15 grams of protein and 6 grams of carbohydrates. They are simple to make and delicious.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat a non-stick skillet at low heat. Stir contents of one pouch of pancake mix in 50 ml (1.7oz) of water. Pour in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Pour a sugar free syrup on pancake before serving.

If you like pancakes these are good. They’re not the exact same but I keep them on hand for a morning that I want them. They seem small for one but one fills me right up with the protein in it. No complaints here

I haven’t baked muffins with them yet but they are just about perfect pancakes. I add egg white instead of water. Add your fave syrup and you’re set.

I do not eat this straight from the pack directions. I have a recipe that I use adding egg whites and blueberry extract. Makes a yummy sweet and healthy alternative!

Love the single serving and ease of preparation. No weird aftertaste for me. I even took these camping. Enough flavor to make a lack of syrup bearable. I sometimes add a pinch of cinnamon.

They taste great, consistency is good, and with some Walden Farms pancake syrup it's just like the real thing. I just wish I could eat more of them!
